LGBT: Conn. Senate Approves Civil Unions Bill

The state Senate easily approved a bill that would make Connecticut the first state to recognize civil unions between same-sex couples without being pressured by the courts.

And to think I actually moved away from that state a few years back... oh well - this is definately good news!! :)

I can't wait until Frist and DeLay start railing against those damn "activist state legislatures."
