Politics: Those pesky activist judges

A judge in Baton Rouge overturned the recently-passed-by-78%-of-the-vote ban on homosexual marriage and civil unions because apparently constitutional amendments in Louisiana can only address one thing at a time, and banning both in one amendment would just be too efficient. I'd be super happy about this if it mattered. Unfortunately, it's a technicality.
