Politics: Q: "What do you think about the lump on his back?"

A: "Probably benign."

If you follow the left blogosphere at all (or the angry right-o-sphere), you've seen mention of the bump. The bump that supposedly contained the transmitter that wired Bush up to Karl Rove during the first presidential debate.

I never blogged on it myself, because the articles kept getting funnier and funnier, and I couldn't ever find one that wasn't insane.

But here's Slate's take. They include a video of what we're all talking about. The bump is there. Sorta. Or whatever :)
