Politics: cellular polling
I know about two people my age who have a land line. We all use cell phones, as there's really no reason to spend forty bucks on a land line when an extra forty bucks on our cell phone plans would let us call Jupiter for free. And none of us get called and asked who we're going to vote for for president.
Do we represent a large enough population to affect the accuracy of polling? Hard to tell, but the pollsters are worried about it.
