4500 bucks

to attend the RNC. apparently the DNC was free.

I'm going as a volunteer for free. All I have to pay for is my plane ticket, and I'm staying with friends in NYC. The SF-NYC tickets are pretty cheap, and I'll get to be on the floor for all the major speeches.
