the idiots of abstinence

Apparently the health textbooks up for adoption in Texas hardly even mention condoms.  Some things blog themselves, and I don't feel like a ten paragraph rant on the idiocy and ineffectiveness of abstinence training.  But imagine that you just read one, and that you're good and fired up now.
